About
This Site
I know much about my Dad's life, but there are many things,
many stories, many truths, many friends and many memories
that I, and many of his family and friends, do not know.
I know my Dad touched many peoples hearts throughout his full life.
I have met a few and would like to hear from, and meet, the many
others.
I want to build a lasting tribute to a very special man.
My way of saying thank you.
By building this 'archive' of memories, photos and stories
I hope to put in place many things.
A place for reflection, a place for laughter, a place for tears.
A place for wisdom.
A special place where my Dad can live on, as well as in people's
hearts.
And his life can reach out and touch us all.
I invite all his friends and family to come forward with memories,
stories and photos, to help us all learn more of this remarkable
man and
share in his life story.

Happy Birthday DadWell Dad, another year has passed and what a year. I really wanted to spend a lot of time adding photos and stories to your site over the past several months. But the grandson you so wanted to meet finally arrived.

Speakers CornerWhilst I was growing up in the midlands my Dad was working away in London most of the year. Visiting him at every opportunity, we frequently spent many hours at Speakers Corner on Sunday mornings.
